What we collect
When you enquire, refer someone or receive our service, we may collect your name, contact details, address, dietary and health information relevant to preparing your meals, and details of your carer, family member or referrer. If you volunteer, we collect contact details, availability and, where required, driver's licence and background-check information.
Why we collect it
- To plan, prepare and deliver meals safely, including special dietary needs
- To contact you or your nominated person about deliveries and your wellbeing
- To meet our obligations under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and My Aged Care

How we protect it
Your information is stored securely and only accessed by staff and committee members who need it to do their job. Our website forms are protected by invisible spam filtering and are transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Who we share it with
We share information only where necessary to deliver the service — for example with My Aged Care and the Department of Health and Aged Care as required by our funding, or with your GP or carer where you've asked us to. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party marketing.
